Bring Nature Into Your Classroom!
When: Thursday, April 18, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: Millersville University Watershed Education Training Institute, 198 Creek Drive, Millersville PA 17551
Audience: Early childhood and elementary school teachers and non-formal educators
Cost: $25 for in-service teachers, free for qualifying Millersville University STEM minors
This workshop will focus on lessons and activities for early childhood environmental education from Stroud Water Research Center and Pennsylvania State Parks, including activities from Getting Little Feet WET and Growing Up WILD curricula.
Activities will be hands on and outside, so please dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes. Dinner will be provided.
