Taxonomic Certification Opportunity in Maine

What: Intensive two-week course with opportunity to take taxonomic certification exams.
When: Course runs August 23–29; Taxonomic Certification Program exams will be offered on August 29.
Where: Eagle Hill Institute, Steuben, Maine (map below).

John Morse, Ph.D., of Clemson University and Paul Frandsen, Ph.D., of Brigham Young University will teach “Trichoptera of Eastern North America: Morphology, Molecular Systematics, Ecology, and New Research Directions.” Visit the Eagle Hill Institute website for more information and to register.

Exam Opportunities

Students may opt to take the Society for Freshwater Science’s Taxonomic Certification exam of eastern EPT to genus at the end of the course.
