Our School-Days-Off Camps invite third- through fifth-grade students to spend a fun-filled day outdoors along White Clay Creek. The theme this month is Watershed Wonders.
Registration ends Monday, March 2. Pennsylvania teachers, join us to learn how to implement GIS tools, watershed inquiry, and environmental literacy in your classroom practices.
Instructors will learn how to empower learners to explore watershed-to-ocean connections, participate in citizen science, and adopt a stream of their own.
This educator camp blends stream science, outdoor learning, and classroom application, helping teachers transform local waterways into living laboratories.
Throughout the week, campers will explore the Stroud Center’s forested campus along the creek, perform hands-on freshwater science experiments, and create nature-themed crafts.
