Mayfly Cheese

The Mayfly is a Camembert-style cheese with a bloomy rind from The Farm at Doe Run. The Farm at Doe Run is based on the philosophy of simple sustainable farming and being true stewards of the land. Their award-winning dairy/creamery creates some of the most sought-after creative cheeses in Pennsylvania.
