Eco Teachers: What’s in Your Watershed?

When: Wednesday, June 27, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (rescheduled from March 24)
Where: Stroud Water Research Center
Cost: $30 per person. Registration is limited to 30 educators.
Come learn with Longwood Gardens and Stroud Water Research Center about being an Eco Teacher! Learn about watersheds, how to complete a habitat survey, and create catchment systems in this STEM-based teacher professional development workshop. You will have the opportunity to learn how to utilize these topics in your classrooms.
Included in the $30 registration fee:
- Instructional materials* to take back to your classroom or non-formal instructional setting
- Act 48 credit for qualifying participants
- Lunch
*Funding for take-home instructional materials provided by the NOAA Pennsylvania Watershed Education Capacity Building grant.
