As we reflect on the success of Trail Creek Outfitters’ 18th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival, held on March 20, we are grateful to everyone who made the event a memorable experience. From dedicated sponsors to enthusiastic attendees, all who participated supported two great beneficiaries: Stroud Water Research Center and Brandywine Red Clay Alliance.
A packed house at Upland Country Day School enjoyed diving into “Aldo’s Bug Extravaganza,” learned how to create an ark in their backyard in “Gardener to Guardian,” and saw how volunteer crossing guards help salamanders and frogs safely cross a busy road in “Friends of Frogpool Lane.” These films, and many more, were part of the lineup.
Before the inspiring films, attendees enjoyed a variety of foods and beverages donated by local vendors, including Barnard’s Orchard, Bravo Pizza, Harvest Market, Hood’s BBQ, Nomadic Pies, Northbrook Marketplace, Oso Sweet, Primo Hoagies, Landhope Farms, Sovana Bistro, Spread Bagelry, Triple Fresh Market, and Wegmans.

During intermission, attendees had the opportunity to win raffle prizes donated by local businesses and hear from the executive directors of the benefitting organizations, Stroud Water Research Center and Brandywine Red Clay Alliance. We hope to see you again soon! Visit the events page and subscribe to e-news to see what’s next.
