[POSTPONED] From Land to Stream: Early Childhood and Elementary Educator Workshop (Millersville)

When: Thursday, March 26, 2020, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. This workshop has been postponed. Education staff are now scheduling new dates for spring or summer 2020 and will notify all registrants. Please check back for new program dates.
Where: Millersville University Watershed Education Training Institute, 198 Creek Drive, Millersville PA 17551
Audience: Early childhood and elementary school teachers (PreK-5th grade) and non-formal educators
Cost: $25 for in-service teachers, free for qualifying Millersville University STEM minors
Are you a pre-service teacher, in-service teacher, or non-formal educator looking for new ways to engage early childhood and/or elementary students in environmental and watershed education?
Participate in hands-on activities and discover resources from Stroud Water Research Center and Pennsylvania State Parks designed for our littlest learners (PreK-5), including an introduction to nationally acclaimed Getting Little Feet WET and Growing Up WILD curricula! Activities are held partly outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in. Pizza dinner provided. 2.5 hours of Act 48 credit available.
