Spring Quarterly Gathering of Sensor Station Users from the Delaware River Basin
May 24, 2019 , 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EDT
When: Friday, May 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (float trip on Marsh Creek from 3 to 5 p.m.)
Where: Great Marsh Institute, 34 Moores Road, Elverson, PA 19520
Cost: Free. Space is limited to 20 people, registration required.
For this gathering, attendees are asked to come prepared to give short presentations (5-12 minutes) on their current questions, challenges, and progress in using EnviroDIY sensor stations for monitoring and education. The group of fellow users will provide feedback and support.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive.
After the gathering there will be a float trip on Marsh Creek, which runs through the property. There are five canoes and three kayaks (wet-butt type) available (enough for 13 people, or 18 with three people per canoe), but you can bring your own kayak/canoe if you’d like.
Questions about the event? Contact David Bressler. If you have any questions about the Great Marsh or Great Marsh Institute please contact our host, Jim Moore.
