Senior Investment Advisor/Team Leader, Wilmington Trust
With extensive experience in investment management, Christy Watkins leads a team specializing in family wealth portfolios at Wilmington Trust. She is a CFA® charterholder and an advocate for advancing women in finance through the Inve$t in Her Future initiative. Her strategic expertise will be invaluable in guiding Stroud Center’s financial stewardship and sustainability.

Entrepreneur and Conservation Advocate
Dixon Stroud returns to Stroud Center’s board after previously serving for 12 years. As the founder of The Willowdale Steeplechase and longtime leader of Landhope Farms, he brings a deep passion for land conservation and community engagement. His leadership in preserving open spaces and promoting environmental stewardship aligns perfectly with our mission.

A former Delaware state director of The Nature Conservancy, Richie Jones has played a key role in pioneering conservation finance models, including the Brandywine-Christina Revolving Water Fund. Now a corporate litigator, he continues to serve on sustainability-focused boards and is dedicated to advancing watershed restoration initiatives.
