Watershed Restoration Coordinator Heather Titanich was recognized with an Exceptional Partner Award at the Schuylkill Highlands Partnership’s annual Land and Water Conservation Meeting, hosted by the Berks County Parks and Recreation Department at Gring’s Mill Barn in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

The award honors partner projects that advance the partnership’s land and water conservation goals, and Titanich was acknowledged for her leadership on a 20-acre riparian buffer project in the Lower French Creek Watershed, completed in collaboration with the French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust.
Her recognition also reflects the broader restoration progress she shared at the previous year’s meeting, highlighting Stroud Water Research Center’s work, alongside its partners, to install 63 acres of new stream buffers across 11 project sites in the Schuylkill Highlands region in southeastern Pennsylvania.
We are proud to see Titanich’s work celebrated among regional conservation leaders, and we extend our sincere congratulations on this well-deserved honor.
