As a partner in this cooperative agreement with the National Park Service and Sultana Education Foundation, Stroud Center educators continue to expand teacher professional development and school programs in Pennsylvania’s lower section of the Susquehanna River Basin. Education programs with Octorara High School focus on the history and human impact on the river and feature school, streamside, and canoe programs.
