The Delaware River Watershed Initiative (DRWI) Pollution Assessment was conducted in two stages. The Stage 1 Pollution Assessment: Rapid Assessment was designed to:

• Provide contextual framing for William Penn Foundation’s strategy review for DRWI.
• Complete in 4–5 months (June to October 2021).
• Develop from existing tools:
  • Model My Watershed.
  • Focus Area Evaluation Tool.
• Use datasets currently integrated into these tools:
  • Land cover from 2011.
  • DRWI-only conservation projects complete for Phase 2.
