The Brandywine-Christina watershed supplies drinking water to over a half million people in Delaware and Pennsylvania and supports $1.6 billion in annual economic activity and over 100,000 jobs. This conference will include highlights from the newly released Brandywine-Christina State of the Watershed Report and showcase projects implemented by partners throughout the watershed.

This workshop features the new “Getting Little Feet Wet” national curriculum guide from Project WET. We’ll do a handful of the 11 interactive hands-on activities that explore different aspects of water from the guide designed for Pre-K and K-2 educators.
Registrants who demonstrate proficiency at the three-day workshop, Identification of Ontario’s Benthic Invertebrate Families, are encouraged to take the taxonomic certification exam.
