Get ready for the spring garden season as you learn how to improve soil health in your backyard garden with Lisa Blazure, Stroud Water Research Center’s soil health coordinator. Learn how you can improve water quality, soil health, and have the added benefit of growing better veggies!

Lisa will share some tips on increasing your soil organic matter and weed control. After Lisa’s lecture, Melinda Daniels, Ph.D., will give a brief update of the Stroud Center’s soil health research as it relates to our project in conjunction with Rodale Institute.
