Stroud Water Research Center has been using stone as mulch around the base of the trees in streamside forest buffers to help protect the seedlings from plant competition and ensure survivability. We are looking for volunteers to help us complete this phase of the project. Please bring your own shovel and gloves. Directions will be emailed to volunteers once they have registered.
