The Farm at Doe Run Cheeses
The Farm at Doe Run is based on the philosophy of simple, sustainable farming and faithful stewardship of the land. Its award-winning dairy/creamery creates some of Pennsylvania’s most sought-after creative cheeses.
Ten percent of the proceeds from the Mayfly and Damselfly cheeses will be donated to Stroud Water Research Center.
Mayfly Cheese (Fall/Winter)
The Mayfly is a Camembert-style cheese with a bloomy rind and is inspired by The Farm at Doe Run’s Normandy milk from their grass-fed herd and the beauty of tradition.
Damselfly Cheese (Spring/Summer)
This 100% goat’s milk Camembert showcases The Farm at Doe Run’s seasonal herd. Tasting notes are sweet summer grass with a slight vegetal flavor. These short wheels will break down with a gooey core, making it a perfect snack or pairing on a cheese board.
