First Resource Bank President Glenn Marshall stopped by for a tour of the Stroud Center and to present a $2,500 Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donation to our education program. First Resource Bank is proud to be a community bank that believes in providing exceptional service, managing its customer banking needs responsibly, and treating its customers with respect. They are committed to supporting their local towns and neighborhoods.
The EITC program allows Pennsylvania-based businesses and Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) to receive generous tax credits by contributing to qualified educational organizations. As a recipient of EITC funds, Stroud Water Research Center makes its school programs, field trips, and professional development workshops available at no or reduced cost to Pennsylvania public school districts.
If you or someone you know owns a participating EITC EIO business and would like to support our STEM-based programming for students, please contact Director of Development Kristine Lisi or Director of Education Steve Kerlin, Ph.D.
